NOTES

• Packaging is the sole responsibility of the client. Should special packaging be required we can arrange this at a cost dependent on the packaging required. Supaswift will endeavour to ensure that the package/s are handled with care at all times.

• All rates are VAT exclusive.

• Should a vehicle be required larger than a Nissan 1400/ Isuzu One Tonner, we should be advised well in advance in order for us to send a larger vehicle to collect. Ideally we want to collect these consignments by 1400 hrs daily.

• A Fuel Surcharge is levied on total invoice value before VAT on all consignments and is reviewed monthly in line with the price of fuel.

• Documentation and Liability Fee per HAWB of R5.50 will be charged on all shipments. This will cover your consignment up to a maximum of R 1000.00 for any physical or loss, which is not of a cons nature.

• Game Lodges / Farms / Mines / Hospitals will incur a surcharge of R112.32 per waybill over and above applicable tariff.

• Road freight container leaves Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings for Zones 3, 4, 6 and 8.

• The collection cut off time for outlying Wine Estates is 11:30 hrs.

• The rates are based on a bottle size of 750ml only.

• The rates quoted are ex Cape Town. Please contact your nearest Supaswift office should you wish to ship from any centre other than Cape Town

• Proof of Delivery charge of Rl00.00 on International services and R15.00 on Domestic services will be levied for each hard copy POD requested and supplied and where it is found that the delivery was effected within expected/agreed time constraints
